I am trying to: Display Custom Fields from Venue post type (I think it is a child)

Instead, I got: Blank entry

I have enabled the Hidden custom fields I would like to use and they are displayed on the View wysiwyg but there are several which do not return a value (yes they have value).

I've noticed other people have this same problem on the forums and was wondering if anyone found a fix:

These are the custom fields I am trying to output:

_VenueVenue
_VenueCity
_VenueState

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please tell me where exactly you want to display the fields?

I would like to check your current setup and how data is stored with the hidden fields.

Could you please share problem URL of your page where you try to display mentioned fields?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
