I created a product archive and a template for product linked to it.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. You created a Toolset template for single products, but product posts are not using the template?

The credentials you shared to access your site are not for an administrator, so I cannot visit the back end to check the problem.

Can you update the role of the user so that they are an admin?

I spent some time looking into the details of your site.

It seems that there was an older template for products that was deleted in such a way that it left over some settings that interfered with the current template.

I ran a little code snippet to fix the issue, and I think it should be working correctly now.
