I am going to mark these as feature requests:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control-> Post Types
in post type "Closing Cost Calcs", enable option "Publish" for user role "Company Admin", and deselect the option "Delete own"

I understand that you want to let users publish posts but not delete their own.
It's not possible because Access is coded in a way that sets an array of dependencies which cannot at the moment be changed.

This means whatever you select in Access and automatically also selects other things (such as delete_own selects publish), means it's depending on the "parent" rule.

Our developers are looking into ways to change this, however, there is no solution yet.
