Did you really shut down all the forum knowledge and not create a KB with redirects? Terrible.

I need help with this:

Hi Kalee,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Right now we are doing a bit of cleanup on our forum, where tickets 5 years and older are being deleted and tickets 2-4 years are being archived.

For tickets 2-4 years old you do have the option to request that they be unarchived but for older tickets we won't be able to recover those.

Thanks,
Shane

OK, so then how do I allow relative URLs in the image fields so they don't require the hostname?

Thanks!

Hi Kalee,

Unfortunately this isn't possible to do as the images are uploaded and the value that is stored in the custom field will be the absolute URL.

Thanks,
Shane
