Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You can download it form your account's download page, click on the link "Download Toolset manually" and donwload Toolset Types plugin.

Install and activate Toolset Types plugin and then navigate to the following page:

And then try to follow the steps given with the following link:
