I Added a CPT Book and set up a template. It displays a custom field book cover using the Toolset Image block

See the book here

Image is not displaying correctly

Go to Book "test" and edit

The Block editor controls on upper right are shifted gdown. If you activate the Block Editor settings (right sidebar), it overlays teh Save and other controls

Ok thanks for setting up test and yes, I can see the issue.

Both the issue is escalated in front of our Devs and I'll get in touch with you as soon as I've update on it.

For now, as a workaround, you should downgrade the WordPress to previous version 6.6.2.

The image block issue happens because WordPress 6.7 introduced changes to auto-sizes for lazy loaded images.

More details about this issue in the official blog post:
https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/18/auto-sizes-for-lazy-loaded-images-in-wordpress-6-7/

Official bug report:
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61847

Can you please try to follow the following errata and try to resolve your issue by following the workaround shared:

Thanks Manish.

I am not really comfortable using manual filters as a permanent solution. It looks like the core image block does not have this issue, so we will evaluate switching. Is the dev team looking at how to resolve the image block issue on the Toolset side?

What about the back office controls display issue? Has the team been able to look at that. I have delayed WordPress 6.7 upgrade on our Toolset sites for now, but need to understand timeline so we can communicate.

Thanks

The thing is that, issue is not at Toolset end, its from WordPress and its not only affected by Toolset users but there are other users as well. Please check the ticket:

As you already aware the Image size issue is not on us but I would like to inform you that:

- we just release hotfix version for Toolset Blocks 1.6.18.
- We also release hotfix version for Toolset Access 2.9.2.

This will help you to fix the save/publish button misplaced.

You can download it from your account's download page:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Can you please update All Toolset plugins to it's latest official version and I hope this will resolve your issues.
