I am trying to: Update toolset components

I expected to see:

Instead, I got: Toolset plugins not showing updated without manually checking. I have three sites which I did last week. They updated to .25 version on Toolset Blocks. I have 6 other sites I updated today to .26. When I go back to the firts three and do Check, it stays at .26, it is not showing .26

Where exactly you mean it shows the old version you mention - is it on installer page?

Can you please share screenshot of that?

I went to plugins, selected the registration link on the toolset plugins. It shows the page with the check for updates. When I pressed, it showed the latest version of Blocks and the .25 version.

I manually updated the three sites to .26 for now. I just wanted you to know about the issue.

You can navigate to Dashboard => Updates and click on the "Check Again" link.

And then on the installer page - click on "Check for updates" button:

you will see the latest plugins.
