"Invalid site key " error

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
We are trying to activate toolset but we keep getting the "Invalid site key" error. We only have one site, so we are not sure why that is the case.

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see? No

Thank you for getting in touch.

Perhaps you can try regenerating your site key by first deleting the existing one at the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/sites/

Then regenerate a new site key by following the instructions in the link below.

https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
