Hello,

I'm trying to create a new taxonomy and does not succeed. Tha page is always laoding after having submitted and if I look at the console, here is the error I'm getting :

For info, I have only Toolset + Woocommerce plugins

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Could you please tell me exact steps from where you are trying to create taxonomy? Do you mean you are trying to register new taxonomy from Types => Taxonomy?

Also, Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Hi Minesh,

What I did : I tried to create a new Taxonomy and got the error message in the console. At that time, only Toolset and WC + WC related pligins where on.
Then, I desactivated all WC and WC related plugins and now this is working. I have created the needed taxonomies and reactivated all plugins and everything works fine now.

Could you please try to deactivate plugin one by one and check which plugin is causing the issue and report us with all required details.

Hi Luo and thanks for your feedback.

I'm not in a hurry on this as I have a workaround : I just need to desactivate the faulty plugin during the time I'm working with Types (postype and / or taxonomy) and reactivate it thenafter.
I think it's more to have an understanding on what can cause this kind of issue with Types as perhaps, some other plugins could react negatively also !

I've upgraded WooCommrce to Version 3.3.1 on your provided duplicator and I can able to create taxonomy successfully using Types plugins.

Could you please confirm.
