I am trying to:
The icons are not showing consistently on the view but showing in edit mode.

Instead, I got:
Some icon showing as hilighted

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I try to login using the admin access details you shared bbut when I try to login it shows 2-factor authenticatin.

Can you please disabble 2-factor auth for now.

The issue has been resolved. It was something to do with the caching of the font. Thanks.
