I would like to request a refund

This support ticket is created 2 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I would like a refund for this plugin. I have watched every YouTube video multiple times (and did so before purchase). It does not work like it does in your videos. This is not intuitive and the most difficult WordPress plugin I have every used. Not intuitive at all. Trying to make a template is a nightmare. I have submitted a refund request in the form, but that conveniently doesn't give me a physical copy to prove that I have requested a refund. I have also used your contact form to request a refund...also doesn't give me a copy of the request. So I am posting here. I would like to request a refund for this app. I have uninstalled the plugins from my site. Please, issue a cash refund back to my original payment method immediately. Thank you.
