[Resuelto] I updated the plugin and lost the content on my website

This support ticket is created 4 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

How can I make a backup to the website on wordpress?

Hello, Shane is unavailable today but will return tomorrow to continue assisting you. If you want to create a full site backup from wp-admin, you can use a site migration tool like Duplicator, or All-in-One WP Migration.
