Can you please share a test case example, how you store your custom field value using what custom field type as well as to what site you want to link to. Once you share your actual details I can guide you in the right direction.
Thanks for getting back to me. I just purchased Toolset, and I am sure I am not doing things correctly. Is there any way to get chat support? I feel it would help answer my questions much quicker.

I'm not sure in what timezone you are in. If you are available in my working timezone please let me know and create a chat ticket and I'll be happy to help with chat.
