I had a similar issue before but it was related to a caching plugin that I have. Now, I am having the same problem but not because of the caching plugin that I have.

The reason is that when I add /?nocache or /?nowprocket parameters at the end of the URL, I am still getting the same issues.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. This seems to be a Javascript problem that might be triggered by the fact that the cache plugin you use combines and minifies the Javascript files.

By using the URL parameters you mentioned you can not turn off those options.

Please test by following the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
