How to display post type images as 3 or 4 grid carousel

I am trying to: Display post type as carousel with 3 or 4 items in single row. With auto scroll with regular time interval.

A row with a 3 Cells Grid can be created either with manual HTML or by using the Loop Wizard in the Loop editor of the View:
