Okay thanks for the additional information. I'm still expecting some feedback from the team, and I'll update you as soon as I can.
No worries. I have another person testing functionality of the site now as an end-user and they've informed me they're getting random e-mails saying they've got a friend (this is that same notification). I wonder if simply deleting all the notifications from the forms and rebuilding them would make any sense. It seems this notification is "stuck in the system" somehow. I'll continue to hold for the time being.

Where do we stand with the original issue in this ticket, where wp-admin crashes when editing a User profile? I was under the impression you were still experiencing this problem, but my 2nd tier supporter read the ticket and assumed from this comment that the original issue has been resolved: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/forms-notification-causing-edit-user-page-to-crash/#post-909507
Can you clarify for us? Is the admin page still crashing for you?
Hi Christian,
No, the user page still has not crashed ever since that last message that you are referring to. I'm not sure if the random e-mails are still an issue either. Would you recommend we split the ticket? The other issue is still happening, where it's sending the notification of one form when submitting an unrelated form:

It was the same notification that caused the user page to crash before, but the symptom seems to be different now.

Okay thanks for clarifying. I've split that issue into a separate ticket, and added an internal link to this ticket for future reference. I will follow up in the other ticket shortly.
