[Resuelto] Field – toolset-post-sortorder has stopped working correctly

Hello,

We’ve recently started having an issue with one of our Toolset Views that’s set to Order By: Field - toolset-post-sortorder.

Previously our view was working as expected, and displaying our items based on the order of items set under the post with the view set to Order By: Field - toolset-post-sortorder.

This view is setup to display accordions of content, and the accordions should be ordered by what the user sets under the post.

Please see screenshots for example. You can see under the post that “Education” should be listed first with “Honors, Awards, & Grants” listed last.

You can also see in the screenshot what our View settings are. Again this was working fine and then suddenly stopped. Now the accordions are being displayed in a completely random order – not by the order we've set under the post.

We did confirm that all our Toolset Plugins are running the latest versions. We are happy to share WordPress Login for further troubleshooting.

Are you using any add-on orderby plugin?

In order to isolate the issue and eliminate any possible plugin/theme conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?

In addition to that - Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

I've changed the ordering as Order By: Field - toolset-post-sortorder ASC and as Number as you can see with the following screenshot:
