I am trying to do site for my difficult client which pass WCAG 2.1 validation, there are 3 errors which my client don't want to accept.

I assume we are talking about those three HTML errors in the report you mentioned above, see my screenshot html-error.JPG
Please check them one by one:
1) line 69, Bad value "enlace oculto" for attribute "rel" on element "link":
That is WP rest API meta, it is from WP core, if it is an issue for you client, you will need to check it with WP core team
2) Line 229, Attribute "loading" not allowed on element "img" at this point.
This isn't a built-in feature of Toolset, it seems that you are using lazyload feature, and setup it with HTML codes, you will need to check it with lazyload author
3) Line 306, The "link" element is missing required attribute "property".
Please check the source codes of your website page, line 306:

It should be a problem of another plugin "userway-accessibility-widget", you can check it with the "userway-accessibility-widget" plugin author too
