Hello,

I assume we are talking about a Toolset form for creating user,
There isn't similar problem with the latest version of Toolset form plugin in a fresh wordpress installation,
See below live demo site:
The user form:
enlace oculto
user/pass: xgren/111111

I have generated the user form by clicking the button "Auto-generate user Form "

Test it in front-end:
enlace oculto

There isn't similar problems, can you duplicate the same problem in above test site?

Please check these in your website:
1) make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins
2) deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017
3) Create a new user form, generate the form with button "Auto-generate user Form", and test again.
Also check if there is any JS error in your website

If you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, and you can confirm there isn't compatibility problem, then it should be a server problem, please check our document: Toolset server requirement, make sure if all requirements are satisfied:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

If you still need assistance for it, please provide a test site with the same problem, also point out the problem page URL

#1085501

In order to check the server problem, please provide the FTP access, you can update your own private message box, and update this thread again.

#1085504

can we go step by step pls. dont think its an server issue though, thanks. once confirm the site is good then we can move to ftp .

#1085520

You are using the latest version of Toolset form plugins and wordpress default theme, no other plugins, and the problem exists only in your website, so it should be a server problem, please check if your webserver can satisfy the all Toolset requirements:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

Then update this thread with FTP access in your private message box.

#1085521

Oh it's already updated when you asked.

#1085524

The FTP access isn't valid, I get these error:

Command:	PASS **********
Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Please check it.

Have you checked the Toolset requirements document? are all requirements satisfied in your website?

#1085526

the path is wrong, ive corrected it.

yes the server support said its good. met the requirments,

#1085528

sorry the password is updated too. was wrong previously.thanks

#1085538

Same problem with your FTP access

Command: PASS **********
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

It is not valid, if the FTP access is not possible to provide, please provide a copy of your website in your own private message box. thanks

#1085540

my mistake i updated the site password instead. it should be good now. you can login n take a copy too.

#1085552

I have tried the new FTP access a lots of time, it is not valid:
Password required
Command: PASS ********************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

So I have tested in your website by below steps:
1) Install and activate the latest version of WordPress default theme "Twenty Seventeen"
2) Test it again, it works fine, can you confirm it? thanks
3) I have also tried other theme "GeneratePress", it works fine in your website.

It seems to be a problem of your theme file "Twenty Sixteen".
