Hello,

I have two website for a non profit. The first one (A) is public, using elementor and toolset. The second one (B) is only accessible to members. It is created by our membership management software. It is used by members to renew their membership, update their profile, and access to documentation.
As the editor of the software is very limited, I created some pages for the documentation on website A, and display them on B with an iframe.

There are 2 databases (partners and recommended company) using with toolset and displayed on A.

Both are displayed correctly on website A when I'm using the direct URL.
On website B, the first page is ok. The second one loads correctly (title, style..), but the view shows an error : No items found.

I don't know what can cause this error.

Hello,

Please check these:
Open an incognito browser window, visit the direct URL of iframe you mentioned above, make sure you can get correct view results:
hidden link

If it can not too, you might need to login into both websites, and test again

Hello,

Indeed, the page show an error with the direct url in incognito mode.
It displays correctly when logged in.

I just found a workaround. My page was created using landing page in Elementor which is a kind of CPT.
I recreated the page as a normal page and it works.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Regards.
