Does that help you to change the cluster icon?

Yes, I read it, and it's the same as in the first link in my message.
The problem is that I haven't been able to integrate it.
So for now, it's not working for me.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and let me review what could be the possible solution in your case.

Also, you want all cluster marker having same icon?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

The issue was your map id is "13" not "map-13".
