I am trying to:
Load Custom Fields from dashboard

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
NA

I expected to see:
Custom fields I've created.

Instead, I got:
Nothing loads.

Other sections of Toolset is loading properly. I'm able to access my already created Custom Fields through the Toolset Dashboard.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When the custom field section doesn't load, is there any error or warning shown on the screen or in the server's error logs?

To troubleshoot this issue, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that the WordPress, active theme and all the plugins are updated to their latest versions.

2. You can turn on WordPress debugging and then see if there are any errors/warnings shown on the screen or in the server's error logs.
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ )

3, It would also be a good idea to test this will all non-Toolset plugins disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. If the issue is fixed, you can start activating the disabled theme and plugins, one-by-one, to narrow this down to a possible conflict.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar
