Custom Fields Group displays and more than one inactive Toolset WooCommerce

This support ticket is created 3 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I want to delete these Custom Fields Groups, but I can't select them.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Toolset plugins first, after having a complete backup of the website:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Update Toolset and its addons there.

Then follow the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to Toolset > Custom Fields
- At the bottom of the table click the "Post Field Control" button.
- Hover over the field group that you do not want and click the Delete link.
