Create a Query Filter for a Toolset View on a Date field filtered to THIS_YEAR

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

This is a festival site. It has only one festival per year. I want to only display the performances for "this year". Not any of the past festival performances.

Using Toolset I created the Post Field; performance-start-time, that has a Field Type: Date, input both date and time. On the Toolset View I've added the Query Filter on the performance-start-time is a "DATE" that is "equal to" the following: "THIS_YEAR"

But nothing is displayed in the view. If I removed the filter, all performances are displayed.
