I'd like to change the "Proceed to Checkout" button to "Proceed to PayPal" and go directly to PayPal."

CRED or Toolset does not have this feature. Please use WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout plugin which allow this direct redirection to paypal.

Support,

I have a few questions in regards to the CRED checkout process:

1. Can I have the cart view/page proceed directly to PayPal? I do not need customers to fill out all the info requested on the checkout page as I am selling a virtual product/subscription. Users have to be logged in to create a post, so I simply need them to be able to review their order and proceed to PayPal to make payment.

2. Can I make the quantity amount fixed? Right now it's adjustable, but since users are paying per post it doesn't make sense for that field to be greater than 1.

3. Can the image at checkout become the image they used as their featured image for their post?

Thank you,
Chuck

To elaborate on the above quesitons:

Here's a screenshot of the page I am trying to show after users submit fill out their post forms: enlace oculto
That's a screenshot of [woocommerce_cart] using my frontend editor.

1. I'd like to change the "Proceed to Checkout" button to "Proceed to PayPal" and go directly to PayPal.
2. If the quantity could be fixed to 1.
3. If the image could be the users featured image.

Also, I inserted the [woocommerce_cart] into my checkout page, but when viewed live it does not show the checkout step. Not sure why?

Thanks,
Chuck

I'm also seeing that posts are going live on the site when payments are not made. I'm able to X out of the website and reenter and see the dummy post I created without paying. I double checked the post settings, but I'm not having any luck.

Thanks,
Chuck

Hi Chuck,

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. Are you using Toolset CRED Commerce plugin along with CRED or only WooCommerce + CRED plugin? And are the plugins updated to latest versions?
https://toolset.com/download/toolset-cred-commerce/

If you are using CRED Commerce plugin please follow this step by step doc to properly setup your CRED form so that it works correctly, it has various settings that need to be setup:
- https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/charging-payments-with-cred-to-register-users/

We need to narrow down the details to one issue at a time. Please consider opening separate tickets for each issue. We do not handle multiple issues in the same ticket as per support policy. https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/

Thank you

Ok I will check the first request here "1. I'd like to change the "Proceed to Checkout" button to "Proceed to PayPal" and go directly to PayPal."

For the 2nd and 3rd request, please open separate ticket. Thanks

Hello Chuck,

I have searched on this topic and for further proceeding I need to look into your setup, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site).

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

✙ Please provide link to [CRED] Edit Screen, CPT name and any other related links.

Thank you

Hello Chuck,

I have tried different methods but this is not possible with CRED. Our CRED plugin only sends product data to WooCommerce checkout page OR cart page, from there rest is upon WooCommerce.

Upon further searching I read that WooCommerce PayPal Express Checkout plugin might allow this redirection to paypal. I have installed this plugin so you can configure it and see if it works:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/
- Configure Paypal settings for this plugin here:

- Doc: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/

I have removed custom shortcode from Checkout page so that we can test with builtin WC Checkout page as CRED interacts with that page. Your old checkout page content backup is below:

[cs_content][cs_section parallax="false" style="margin: 0px;padding: 5% 0px;"][cs_row inner_container="true" marginless_columns="false" style="margin: 0px auto;padding: 0px;"][cs_column fade="false" fade_animation="in" fade_animation_offset="45px" fade_duration="750" type="1/6" style="padding: 0px;"] [/cs_column][cs_column fade="false" fade_animation="in" fade_animation_offset="45px" fade_duration="750" type="2/3" class="cs-ta-center" style="padding: 3%;box-shadow: rgba(22, 65, 237, .20) 0px 4px 10px 2px;border-radius: 10px;"][x_raw_content][woocommerce_cart][/x_raw_content][/cs_column][cs_column fade="false" fade_animation="in" fade_animation_offset="45px" fade_duration="750" type="1/6" style="padding: 0px;"] [/cs_column][/cs_row][/cs_section][/cs_content]

Other than that, this falls into pure Custom coding & custom development if the Paypal Express Checkout plugin does not work well and it is out of support policy (https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/). So we recommend to contact Toolset recommended service providers to further discuss the custom approach. We have some recommended list of service providers here if you would like to take a look: https://toolset.com/consultant/

Thanks

Noman,

Thanks! That helped a lot.

Give it look, let me know your thoughts: enlace oculto

I was able to remove elements to make the cart page cleaner and go directly to PayPal checkout.

I'll open tickets for the outstanding items.

Best,
Chuck
