Certified Toolset Contractor Abandoned Project

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

A certified toolset contractor that I hired from the Toolset site finished 1/2 the job and now will not return messages after taking an additional $400 and its been almost 1.5 months. Toolset recommended this contractor on its board and I want toolset to make me whole and refund the entire amount paid to the contractor.
