[Resuelto] Can't update subscription on multisite

This support ticket is created hace 2 años, 1 mes. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello,

I'm running a multisite for one of the projects.

My subscription was renewed a few days ago, all other sites handled it well, but on multisite it says "You are using an expired account of Toolset". Clicking refresh does not change anything.

Please advise.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please try to click on link "Unregister Toolset from this site" and then try to create a new site key and try to register the site again. Do you see it working?

Hi Minesh,

When I tried it before it did not work. But something has changed since I wrote you (I suppose you did something on your side, not sure). When I opened it today it was "unregistered" by itself and I managed to add the site.

So it works now.
