can't install access

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: plugins commercial

I expected to see: access installed

Hello,

It seems to be a server issue, please share the PHP debug logs:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

And you can also delete old version of Toolset Access plugin, and install the latest version manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
