Pagination controls are missing from a custom archive created with Views.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

-Working with pagination in Jupiter theme. Currenly I am using a child theme with archive.php, but I didn't see how to work with pagination

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hi Rafael

You have done what is said in the other ticket, yes? Created a "standard" archive.php to replace the theme's own archive.php?

And then you have created a custom archive at Toolset > WordPress Archives?

You can add pagination to your custom archives, as described here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-pagination-for-wordpress-archives/

Or did you mean something different than the above?

Hi Nigel,

Yes, I Created a "standard" archive.php to replace the theme's own archive.php creating a child theme and works OK but doesn't have any pagination 🙁

Also yes, I tried all options of pagination on the archive view but doesn't show any pagination. I think we need to add some code to archive.php in order to work?

Please provide private reply to take a look 🙂

Hi Rafael

I'll do some testing locally to see what's expected, but, sure, let me have your site credentials in case I need to take a look.

Hi Rafael

In your site I see that the custom archive you created includes the setting "Pagination enabled with manual transition and page reload" but you haven't inserted any pagination controls (as described in the document I linked to).

In the Loop Output Editor (logically, within the wpv-items-found section) use the Pagination Controls button to insert pagination links according to your needs.

problem solved, just didn't put the pagination on the loop
