Add Custom fields in the row for Products does not exist in the Dashboard.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Documentation I used is Ädding Custom Fields to WooCommerce products".
As far as I can see all necessary downloads are installed.

I thaught this must be done in Toolset application but it must be done under WordPress.
Problem solved.
