Activate toolset installer - does nto activate

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Activate toolset installer

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
n/a just wont activate in plugins
I expected to see:
activated plugin so i can enter licese

Instead, I got:
not working

Toolset plugins are working fine, its just the installer that wont activate for auto updates in furutre

Hi there

Can you visit the Installer Support page in the back end and check to see if it reports any problems? And errors in the log?

If it reports a problem connecting to the servers that could be a temporary thing, and you may want to try again.
