Problem:

I updated the domain for my site and generated a new Toolset site key. However, the new key is rejected, even after trying both the Commercial tab and the wp-config.php method. An error message states that the constant OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_TOOLSET is invalid.

Solution:

- Log in to your Toolset account and visit: https://toolset.com/account/sites

- Remove any existing entries for the previous and new domain by clicking the trash icon next to them.

- Generate a new site key by following these steps:

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".

- Click the "Unregister" link to unregister Toolset.

- Click "Register Toolset" on the right side of the screen.

- Click "Get a key for this site" to generate a new key.

- Copy the generated key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box.

- Click "OK" to register Toolset with the new domain.

Problem:

The site key is not working.

Solution:

- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings.
- Scroll down and click the "Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting ." link.
- Click the link in Installer Support section.
- If it shows any red or error message please make sure that your hosting service provider or any sort of firewall they use, whitelist the domains below:
