When adding new fields they do not show on add or edit screesn

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do? Add custom fields to content types

They are however not showing on the add or edit screens. I have has this issue in the past and the solution was to clear the nexcuss cache but that is not working now.

I can provide an admin login to the site.

I had to disable the Redis Object Cache plugin, it was not enough to clear it's cache.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
