User registration failed with error "wrong CAPTCHA"

This support ticket is created hace 6 años, 7 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to use recaptcha in a user registration form.
but NO Luck.

In current date. i have latest WP (4.9.6) and CRED Plugin (1.9.6.1).

Even if CAPTCHA is good. i'm getting below error.

"The user was not saved because of the following problem:
Wrong CAPTCHA"

I just tried this on a local test site and it worked correctly, so it appears to be an issue specific to your site.

In which case, could you please try switching theme to twentyseventeen and disabling all non-Toolset plugins and test again.

The problem may arise because of some conflict with code from your theme or from another plugin.

Let me know what you find.
