I am trying to:
Install and activate Toolset on a new website. I have installed OTGS Installer and am at the point of wanting to register it so that I can install the other Toolset plugins.
I expected to see:
I have created a Site key for the site as usual. I entered this in the Register Toolset section of the site and expected it to work as normal.
Instead, I got:
An error message saying "Unable to parse data from service response."
I can't provide the Toolset Debug info as I only have the OTGS Installer plugin installed so far.
Before I give access to the site, can you let me know if this is a common error and whether there's anything I can have a look at myself please?
