[Resuelto] Toolset registration not working correctly and Toolset Debug Info missing

This support ticket is created hace 1 año, 9 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Support

I am getting an error (on enlace oculto and dev.native-nanny.de) that our licence has expired, but that is incorrect. Our licence recently renewed successfully on the 14th of August.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Toolset plugins all registered correctly.

Instead, I got:

Clicking the "Refresh account status" button doesn't help either. Furthermore, I cannot provide the Toolset Debug Info, since the box is empty when I go to Settings > Toolset Debug (enlace oculto)

Sorry about this, the systems team made some upgrades yesterday which broke a few things.

This should be resolved now, if you could please check again.
