I have tried to make a layout for the shop page of my WooCommerce and I have multiple problems with its visualization.
The image of the products is not shown, the columns of kadence are not respected, the texts of the fields are shown in several columns, other elements are shown that I have not included in the page, the background of the columns of kadence is compressed .
I am using the Astra Pro theme that you told me was the most compatible with Toolset.
Please, see what is happening.
I include screenshots with all these problems.
Please, I need an urgent solution to all these problems.
I asked you in another ticket for advice on buying a theme fully compatible with Toolset, WPML and Gutemberg and you told me that the best theme was Astra. I bought it, now you can't tell me to change the theme. 🙁
In the previous ticket you mentioned compatibility with Toolset.
I can only advise on items that are compatible with toolset based on our documentation. Now during further checks i realise that the product archive specifically has a reduced container width.
I've added this to your site's custom css to resolve the issue for you.
There is another problem that has not been resolved.
The "Precio" label and the product price are shown in 2 lines. I have used a block "TB Fields and Text" as your documentation indicates. In your documentation it is shown in a single line.
What could be happening?
Thanks for your help.
Actually this one wouldn't be on our end, because with the shortcode what we are doing is calling the price function for woocommerce, which is how woocommerce would naturally display the item.
So we are not creating the custom elements for woocommerce rather just hooking into the default woocommerce functions so that the items can be re-arranged in the layout.
