Hi Max,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Do you see any error/warning on screen or in servers error logs, when notifications are not sent/fired?

If you haven't already, I'll suggest to turn on WordPress debugging ( https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) and test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and all plugins are updated to the latest versions and if the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the link to the form page.

This way, I'll be able to see how this form and the notifications are set up, which will help in reproducing the issue on a test website.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Max,

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I couldn't reproduce this issue on my test website, so it seems something specific to your website.

Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website through the "Duplicator" plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ )?

This will allow in-depth troubleshooting on my own server.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar
Sure! I installed a duplicator. You can continue to research the problem.
Thanks

Thank you for your permission.

I've downloaded the duplicator package and will perform some tests on my own server.

Will update you as soon as this testing completes.

Hi Max,

Thank you for waiting while I performed some troubleshooting.

In my tests, I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on my server, but I noticed a number of errors and warnings generated from your custom theme's code, on the submission of "create tovar" form.

Depending on the server's configuration, these errors, and warnings can interrupt further actions, including the email notification triggering, which is why it is important that those are fixed first.

It is important to note that if a new form is created or theme is switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty those errors and warnings are fixed.

The same can be confirmed on your website where a newly created form inserted at page "Test Form from TS Support" ( enlace oculto ), successfully sends the email notification.

My recommendation would to turn on WordPress debugging and step by step investigate into the custom code of your active theme and the fields used in form "create tovar", to see which part is interfering with it.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar
