I do not understand what you want to display here. Do you mean that you wanted to display only posts where you checkmark the checkbox option "Discovery" for the field "Building access required"?
That means, by default, you want to display the filtered posts with the following link where the "Discovery" checkbox option is checked?

Okay so if you type the visitor name from the form enlace oculto
Into the search here enlace oculto
In the column Location / Date, you will see the Building access (Discovery) is missing, showing () but it has been checked in the form, so should be showing. This is happening on random visitor posts.
If you view the main list here, you will see that most are showing the Location (Building Access field) - enlace oculto

I checked the same visitor "Stephen Connolly" in the backend and under the field "Building access required" none of the checkboxes are checked as you can see with the following link:

I do not know why the field shows the checked even though in the backed none of the checkboxes are checked. I see you are using WP Engine, can you please try to delete all caches and all and check if that help you to resolve your issue?
- What if you checkmark the checkbox option from backend and save the post and then check on the frontend - does it works?
