Hi Lou, hi Christian,

I refer again to the following threads:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/price-filter-dont-work/
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/sorting-does-not-work/

As suggested, I have created a new view with only one filter and one sort option.
But even here the sorting is not done correctly.

Another example:
Relating to the following product category I have now found out that if you sort by price in ascending order, the sorting for each 10 items is correct and then again from 10 new items are sorted in ascending order.

However, if you sort by price descending, it does not fit here either.

I hope that we will finally find a solution with correct sortings soon.

Thanks and best regards
Uwe

Hi Uwe,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To see how this search view is set up, I'll need access to the website's admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Uwe,

Thank you for sharing the admin access details.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that your website has "Post Types Order" plugin active, which is overriding the post order, globally.

You'll see that if "Auto Sort" option is unchecked from the plugin's settings (at WP Admin -> Settings -> Post Types Order), the view's sorting controls work as expected.

I hope this helps.
