[Resuelto] Support ticket is not getting any reply for 3 days already!

This support ticket is created hace 6 años, 4 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I submitted a ticket on July 16, received a request to provide a duplicator package on the same day, which I did, and since then I have no news. The issue got very urgent on my side and I can't even get an answer when it will be looked into or will it be looked into at all.

I understand some things need time, but I need to know if something is happening about it or not.

I would like another member of the support team to take it if Mohammed can't find time.
