Support,
I'm having trouble figuring out the proper code to use for my Reply messages. I'm able to send and receive messages, but my formatting for Reply messages is giving me errors. I tried to follow the tutorials as well as the setup in the mock Toolset classifieds site. Can you assist?
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Charles,
Thank you for contacting our support forum.
For this to work well you will need to use our Toolset Classifieds plugin.
The plugin can be downloaded from the link below

The next step is to install the plugin and then install our module manager plugin. I've also included the messaging module.
Once you've installed the module manager plugin you can then import the messaging module and it should setup things like our demo.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane,
I'm well into this project and already have CRED and the module installed. When I tried to install the messagingmodule, I got a failed message:
"Installing Plugin from uploaded file: messagingmodule-2017-09-19.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer"
Is this a new module? I haven't heard of it before.
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Charles,
Actually no its not but its not a plugin that is used frequently by our users but its quite handy. It can be downloaded from the link below.

Thanks,

I'm going to need further assistance as the link you sent is for a plugin I already have installed. I was unable to installed the messagesmodule from this link: enlace oculto
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Chuck,
Sure no problem.
Check the google drive folder once more and you will see that i've added the toolset classified plugin.
This way you can install the plugin.
I see that you've already added the module manager plugin. To install the messaging module go to Toolset -> Import/Export and then click the modules tab and then you can import it from here.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane,
I was able to upload the messaging module. Now I'm getting errors: enlace oculto
To try and fix the errors I replaced my code for the message description on my Contact Seller Form with:
[types field='message-description'][/types]
But it's not showing anything.
How should I be adding code with new module?
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Charles,
I see why its not showing up. To add fields to your CRED form you must click the "Add Post Fields" button which would allow you to add fields to your cred form.
Thanks,
Shane
Thanks Shane.
I was able to successfully send a test message, but I am still unable to reply. Can you take a look at the code I am using in my reply messages?
Thanks,
Chuck
Hi Charles,
It seems that you were missing the reply message page.
I went ahead and created this page for you and added the reply message form to it so it should be working now.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane,
I've worked on this over the weekend and everything seems to be working now. Thank you for your assistance.
Best,
Chuck
