I am trying to get the search functionality of my site right here working: enlace oculto
There are two date fields in my Package post type. They're called:
1. Travel Start Date
2. Travel End Date
My search functionality should work in a way that if those two date fields were filled out on the search, the results should be the packages available on the dates later than the Travel Start Date and earlier than the Travel End Date.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all, I would like to know that how you setup your travel from and to fields with your package post type as I can see that there are multiple start and end date available with your single package.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Well - wp-admin access details you shred with us is not working unfortunately. Could you please check once and send me wp-admin and FTP working access details.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Hi, Minesh is unavailable today so I'm going to take over this ticket. I hope that's okay with you. I tested the login credentials you provided but I get the following error (username obscured here for security):
ERROR: The password you entered for the username a***r is incorrect.
