Registration key input field not showing

This support ticket is created hace 2 años, 5 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello, we unregistered and re-resgistered a new domain and now the key field is not showing under Plugins > commercial > toolset

Thank you for getting in touch.

I suspected that this happened after the domain change. Usually this issue would happen if there is some form of plugin conflict.

My recommendation here is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
