The client's site is an e-commerce site that requires users to register for an account in order to purchase products from it. As the subject title states, we've been encountering high levels of spam user submissions which are inundating the client's inbox. We've implemented reCaptcha V3 and Akismet, but the spam levels are still significant enough to be more than a mere nuisance.

We've tried region blocking on a different site, using Wordfence Pro, but that isn't effective enough to even think about proposing as a potential solution to the client.

Are there any other recommended approaches we can use to prevent spam from being submitted through the site's CRED forms?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you try to use the honeypot plugin that should help you to reduce the spam.

It's interesting that they support Toolset Forms:

Automatic anti spam protection for following forms (Available in Free Version) . No setup required.

I suggested the above plugins to few users and for them it works like charm.
