Product tabs created in Layouts/Views not working on non-desktop devices.

This support ticket is created hace 4 años, 8 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Visit a product, for example, enlace oculto and you will see 4 tabs. When using a desktop browser the tabs work correctly when clicked on.

However, if you bring the size of the screen down to tablet or mobile, the tabs when you click on, don't navigate to the tab clicked on.

Need assistance in troubleshooting/fixing.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I took a look at the site and it is in fact correct that the tabs are not working on mobile devices.

Looking at your website's console I'm not seeing anything such as JS errors that could cause this.

In a case like this I would disable all the non-toolset plugins as a first step in working through the issue.

If the issue still remains after this please let me know.

You can also provide the credentials for the site that I can take a personal look at the setup.
