Open images in lightbox

When opening a CPT post in the admin area, I have a list of all related posts at the bottom.
These related posts contain also 3 image custom fields.
Is it possible to open these images in a light box, when clicked?

Unfortunately no its not possible to open these images in a lightbox. You can have them open in a lightbox on the frontend, but for the backend its not possible.
