Not able to grab / drag and drop elements anymore

This support ticket is created hace 4 años, 5 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

Usually I can drag and drop the blocks and elements from Toolset but suddenly I can't do that anymore. I tried updating the plugins but it didnt help. You have my admin login from earlier. I was trying to create a new search view from scratch but when I wanted to move the search view bars into 4 columns I realised I could only move them up and down - not drag them into a grid.

Can you please help?
