The map clustering is different on website and wp backend. I have cleared the cache, but no help. The rougher clustering (fewer markers) is there in published website what ever I do. Or no clustering at all.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to know are you using Google map API or any other maps API?

#2824322

Hello,
I'm using Google. Should I try the others?

ok - then it might be the different due to number of posts etc..etc.. queried in backend.

Do you see correct result on frotnend?

The result in frontend is clustered wrongly. The items are all there, but I want them to be spreaded more, not so clustered as they are. For example all Helsinki (which is our capital) are clustered into Turku map point. That's insane 😀

The backend shows right clustering.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and let me review and check what could be the possible solution.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please check now: enlace oculto

I've added the folloiwing JS code using the HTML block to your page at bottom of the page:
=> enlace oculto

<script>

var delayed = function() {

previewmap  = WPViews.view_addon_maps.maps['map-8'];

   previewmap.setZoom(6);

};

jQuery(document).ready(function(){
  setTimeout( delayed, 2000 );
});

</script>

Can you please confirm it works as expected.

Hi Minesh, thank you for your efforts. The map looks better now, but the popup content doesn't open when, for example the address is only the city and there are multiple with same address (only city). Check Helsinki. Is this normal?

Well - if you want to display multiple markers on the same location then you will have to use the spiderfy option but I see its not working maybe its due to clustering.

As per our support policy, we entertain only one question per ticket. This will help other users searching on the forum as well as help us to write correct problem resolution summery for the original issue reported.
