As it's been already communicated or you may already aware Layouts plugin is in maintanance mode and there is no new feature going to add in future, only the bug fixes will be entertained and WordPress is also changing.

I'm not sure why it used to work before but again it's alarm for you, you may considering not using layouts and use content template instead for future. Otherwise, you will have to remove the archive cell and instead build a view and use the view's cell.

I'm checking the following link on the staging site:

When I checked its a member cars archive and I see there is a layout for members cars archive:

When I make any change th above archive I do not see any efferct on frontend. Is it the correct Layout used?

with the second URL:

I see the following Layout is used:

First it displays the map and you will have to registere the correct google map site key (without any restrictions) at Maps settings page:

Secondly, I noticed the Layout name is "Layout for Business Listing Archives - Copy" and you must have copy this Layout and it set to display with single post of Business Directory post type.

So as you may have copy this Layout from Arhive as its name suggests (Layout for Business Listing Archives - Copy) it has archive cell but archive cell should be added to layouts that display the archive not to layout that display the single post type. I'm not sure why it used to work before but you need to remove the archive cell and instead create a view that display the same output and use the view cell insetead of archive cell.

This is for if you want to use Layouts.

Let me know if you want to build same page/post with content template.

Is ALL Toolset plugins are of latest version on live website?

It's really confusing. I need one problem URL at a time. Before you shared two links and I'm not sure about what problem you are talking about.

So,
- live URL
- staging site URL (that I need to compare with live URL)
- what is the different and what is your expected result (maybe few screenshot of live and staging showing difference)
- what Layout is used?

There were content template assigned to single post type that I've unassigned it and set your required layout to display with that single post type.

If you face any issue then please let me know.
